Souper Heroes is a community builder and fundraiser for The SEED, Guelph's community food project. Buying soup is an amazing way to support The SEED - all proceeds fund food programs right here in your community! We sell our famous soup starters in our online store and at local markets, stores and events. Our soup is hand-packed by volunteers in our community kitchen at the Guelph Community Health Centre. Prices range from $6-$12. The finished soup is easy to make, healthy, and above all... delicious!
